Wes-Tex Pressure Washing
Mr. Jerod FavreJerod Favre desired to run his own business and discovered the opportunity to purchase a pressure washing business that was already in operation. Jerod set up an appointment with Kayla Niehues, graduate assistant, at the Angelo State University · Small Business Development Center and asked for assistance in determining feasibility. The business was being operated part-time by a fire-fighter who had decided he was ready to get out of the business and spend more time with family. Jerod, filled with the determination of a new entrepreneur, worked hard to learn the business. With the cooperation of the previous owner, Jerod started as an employee and learned the business from the bottom up.
Jerod met with Graduate Assistant Niehues and Advisor Paul Howard various times to discuss cash flows and financing options. Through the course of these discussions, he decided he would be able to secure the business with assistance from family members and a local banker.
Jerod was appreciative of the management and financial guidance provided by Ms. Niehues and Advisor Howard. Jerod stated, ".you were very helpful. Just so you know, you have not bothered me but have been a great deal of help!"
