Sponsorship

  • DIAMOND

    DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

    $1000  

    Register to be a Diamond Sponsor

    • Tickets for up to 8 attendees
    • Banner in Lobby with Company Logo
    • Brochure or flyer advertisement in attendee handouts
    • Logo on event website
    • Advertised as a partner in all media coverage
    • Logo on event signage
    • One page ad in event program

    ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

    • Two minute presentation at event
    • Brochures or promotional goodies placed at the event

    TABLE OPTIONS

    Vendor Table - $150
    Located in Cactus Lobby


    This is a great option for vendors wanting more interaction with
    event attendees who are interested in selling at the event, and/or
    have valuables that they plan on watching throughout the event.
    If you plan on participating in event, we suggest sending an extra
    person to help. 

     

    Exhibitor Table - $75
    Located on the Cactus Mezzanine (2nd Floor)


    Tables will be available for attendees to browse throughout the
    event. This is a great option for those wanting to display signs,
    flyers, posters, brochures, etc, but do not need to be at the table
    throughout the event. There will be no chairs or space behind
    these tables. 

     

  • SILVER

    SILVER SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

    $500 

    Register to be a Silver Sponsor

    • Tickets for up to 4 attendees
    • Logo in event program 
    • Advertised as a Silver Sponsor on all digital media coverage
    • 1/2 page ad in event program

  • IMPORTANT

    Important information for Sponsors/Vendors/Exhibitors with a Table: 

    • Set up begins at 2 p.m. at the Historic Cactus Hotel
    • Exhibits will open at 4:30 p.m. and attendees will view your table during breaks throughout the event, including during roundtable discussions if they choose. 
    • Please check in at the registration table to pick up a name tag and have a facilitator help you to your assigned table.
    • Everyone will receive a ticket for door prize drawings.
    • If you would like to conduct a drawing of your own (i.e. collect business cards at your table for drawing), please feel free to do so.  Just let Dezaray Johnson or another facilitator know so we can ensure it is announced.
    • You must supply your own table cloth and skirt. Feel free to decorate with signs on your table, displays, etc;
    • Please do not hang anything on the walls.  This is prohibited by the center.  You must bring an easel if you need to display a sign.
    • Confetti and/or burning candles are not allowed.
