**Please note: We want to limit direct sales companies to one of each (Exm: Mary Kay, Pampered Chef…) on a first come first serve basis. Please do not register if you already see your business listed HERE as already registered
VENDOR TABLE (1ST FLOOR, LOBBY)
This is a great option for vendors wanting more interaction with
event attendees, who are interested in selling at the event, and/or
have valuables that they plan on watching throughout the event.
If you plan on participating in event we suggest sending an extra
person to help. Includes 2 attendees and 2 chairs
EXHIBITOR TABLE (2ND FLOOR, MEZZANINE)
Will be available for attendees to browse throughout the event.
This is a great option for those wanting to display signs, flyers,
posters, brochures, etc, but do not need to be at table throughout
the event. There will be no chairs or space behind these tables. Includes 1 attendee ticket
Important information for Vendors/Exhibitors/Sponsors with a Table:
- Set up begins at 2 p.m. at the Historic Cactus Hotel
- Exhibits will open at 4:30 p.m. and attendees will view your table during breaks throughout the event, including during roundtable discussions if they choose.
- Please check in at the registration table to pick up a name tag and have a facilitator help you to your assigned table.
- Everyone will receive a ticket for door prize drawings.
- If you would like to conduct a drawing of your own (i.e. collect business cards at your table for drawing), please feel free to do so. Just let Dezaray Johnson or another facilitator know so we can ensure it is announced.
- You must supply your own table cloth and skirt. Feel free to decorate with signs on your table, displays, etc;
- Please do not hang anything on the walls. This is prohibited by the center. You must bring an easel if you need to display a sign.
- Confetti and/or candles are not allowed.
