    Notification

Students, nominators, and the presidents of the transfer institutions will be notified by the Coordinator of Carr Scholarship Recruitment with the Admission’s Office.

    Dropping Classes & Withdrawing

Students who drop below 12 hours on or before the university’s census date (12th class day of a regular semester) will have their Carr Scholarship disbursement prorated, which may create a balance due to the university.

Students who withdraw may be required to reapply to the university. Students who have to reapply are no longer eligible for their Carr Scholarship. Students who decided to ‘sit out’ for a long semester (fall or spring) will have to reapply for the university making them ineligible for their Carr Scholarship.
