Reservations for space in academic buildings may be requested through the Special Events Office by visiting ASU Reservations.

For-credit academic requests take priority for the use of academic space. Only full-time advisors are eligible to reserve space in academic buildings. The full-time advisor assumes responsibility for accessing space, supervising the event, and securing the space in the same condition in which it was found.

Academic space is used in the normal condition of the room. The group reserving the space is responsible for the set-up of the space and restoring it to its normal condition. The customer is responsible to route all technical request to the Information Technology Service Center.
