Room Reservations
The Special Events Director's Office handles all requests for facilities on the ASU campus, including the Junell Center and the ASU Lake
Facility. To make a reservation, please call this office at (325) 942-2021, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Refunds for Vending Machines
Requests for refunds may be submitted in this office.
Fax Machine
A campus Fax machine is available in the Special Events Office. It is coin operated with a cost of $1.00 per page for outgoing faxes. Incoming
faxes are $ 1.00 for the first page and $ 0.50 for each additional page. The fax machine phone number is (325) 942-2229.
Ram Vision

Information Desk
General information, campus maps and directories, and activities schedules are available at the Information Desk, which is located on the first
floor by the elevator. A general phone line for the campus is available at (325) 942-2555 and is handled by desk personnel. Other services
include video library checkout and a public phone.
