Room Reservations
The Special Events Office handles all requests for facilities on the ASU campus, including the Junell Center, University Center, SAY Baseball Complex and the ASU Lake Facility. To make a reservation, please visit the Reservations page on the left menu bar or visit reservations.angelo.edu.

Refunds for Vending Machines
Requests for refunds may be submitted in the Special Events Office. Refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the incident with machine location and machine number noted.

Fax Machine
A Campus Fax Machine is available in the Special Events Office. It is coin operated with a cost of $ 1.00 per page for outgoing faxes. Incoming faxes are $ 1.00 for the first page and $ 0.50 for each additional page. The fax machine phone number is (325) 942-2229.

Ram Vision
To submit a Ram Vision request, please complete a Ram Vision request form, located on the Ram Vision tab on the left menu bar.

Information Desk
General information, campus maps and directories, and activities schedules are available at the Information Desk, which is located on the first floor by the elevator. A general phone line for the campus is available at (325) 942-2555 and is handled by desk personnel. Other services include a public courtesy phone for local calls. Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters.
