ASU 2012 Summer Conference Rates

ROOM Rates 2012

Bed Rates:

• Double $24.75/Person/Night
• Private $27.50/Person/Night
  All requested private rooms are $27.50 and will only be assigned after total beds requested have been filled and vacant rooms are available.

Linens:

• $18.00/Linen Packet
  A Linen Packet consists of a fitted/flat and top sheet, pillow, pillowcase, towel, and washcloth.

BOARD Rates 2012

Board:

• $22.15/Person/Day
  
  • Breakfast $6.00
  • Lunch $7.50
  • Dinner $8.65

FACILITY USE Rates 2012

Facility Use Fee:

• $4.50/Person/Day (On-Campus Residential Campers)
• $7.50/Person/Day (Commuters)
  All campus facility users will be charged these rates for dates in which more than three hours of campus facility use has occurred.

Large Group Discounts:

• 3% Discount for four night camps with 500-699 campers
• 6% Discount for four night camps with 700-899 campers
• 10% Discount for four night camps with 900+ campers

These 3% to 10% discounts are for beds, meals, and facility use fees for large groups. These rates will be determined by actual bed count during a single week. These groups will be required to reserve four nights in a row and have total numbers exceeding 500 campers.
