How to Setup Exchange on a Windows Mobile Smartphone

For ASU Faculty and Staff

1. Click Start > Programs and choose ActiveSync (green round icon)
2. Choose Menu > Add Server Source...
3. Enter the following information:

   Server Address: owa.angelo.edu
   Make sure that "This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection" is checked.

   Click Next

4. Enter the following information:

   User name: your ASU Technology Access Account username
   Password: your ASU Technology Access Account password
   Domain: angelo

   Click Next

5. Choose the data you wish to synchronize. Click Finish
6. Your Windows Mobile device is now connected to Exchange and will begin synchronizing.
