Judy Williams
Ms. Williams began her service with the University Police Department in March 2007.
Judy is assigned to the communications division and currently serves as a police dispatcher on the 1st shift. Ms. Williams previously worked 16 years as a 911 operator for the City of San Angelo. Judy’s experience in emergency communications is considered an outstanding asset to the department.
Ms. Williams assists the department in the training of new dispatchers as well as on-going training for other employees assigned to the communications division. Judy holds an intermediate telecommunications certification through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education (TCLEOSE). In addition, Judy has crisis communications training relevant to her duties as a dispatcher.
