Off-Campus Assault 10/25/07

On 10-24-07 at approximately 6:30 AM, three female students were jogging north in the 500 blk of Fillmore St. At that time the females observed a subject walking towards them on the opposite side of the street. When the subject came parallel to the females, he cut across the street towards the runners. The subject grabbed one female by the shoulders. The other two females yelled at the subject to let her go. The subject let the runner go and ran southbound on Fillmore St.

The subject was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark sweat pants. The hood was pulled tight against his face. The females were unable to get a look at the subject's face. The subject was approximately six feet tall and was of medium build. The females did not know what race the subject may have been. The females then ran back to campus. The incident took place off campus.
