Larry Counts

Mr. Counts began his service with the University Police Department in August 2004.

Larry is assigned to Police Communications and currently serves as a Dispatcher.

Larry previously worked as Patrol Lieutenant for University Police and retired from active service in 2010 due to a vision problem. He then served as Parking Services Assistant for a year. Larry has 19 years previous experience from Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office.

Larry enjoys interacting with the students and feels he works with a great group of people.
