How to Pay Your Bill
Students are not sent a paper bill. We send emails to students’ ASU email addresses to let them know their bills are available through RamPort.
Phone/Text Opt In: Students may also elect to receive phone calls and/or text messages when bills are available. This can be done during registration, under the Required Registration Information link, or by navigating to RamPort > Rams > Personal Information > University Communication Preferences. Choose “Yes I do” and Submit Changes to provide consent. Then provide the number(s) to be called and/or texted and Submit Changes. ASU will only contact the provided numbers regarding student billing.
View Bill
Students can view their bill through RamPort by navigating to the Financial Aid & Billing page and selecting View Bill.
Pay Bill
Students can make online payments through RamPort by navigating to the Financial Aid & Billing page and selecting Pay Online.

Parents and Authorized Users
For security purposes, ASU encourages all students to set up authorized users. Authorized users can be parents, family members, employers, etc.
FERPA/Proxy Access
Parents and other individuals must be given FERPA/Proxy Access to allow them to view tuition and fee details of their student’s bill.
Students can grant FERPA/Proxy Access through RamPort by navigating to the Financial Aid & Billing page and selecting FERPA/Proxy access in the Designating Authorized Users section.

Web Pay Authorized Users
Parents and other individuals must be added as a Web Pay Authorized User to allow them to pay their student’s bill online.
Students can add web pay authorized users through RamPort by navigating to the Financial Aid & Billing page and selecting Web Pay authorized users in the Designating Authorized Users section.
When payments are due, all web pay authorized users will receive an email with a link to pay.
