MIR Center
The centerpiece of our program is the Management, Instruction and Research Center, our 6,000-acre ASU Ranch. We focus on sustainability as we raise cattle, sheep and goats; grow and process feed; harvest, process and sell meat products; and conduct range and wildlife management activities. It’s also where we implement modern agribusiness, management and marketing practices. It’s the perfect place to figure out which area of the agriculture industry is best for you.
Certificate Program
Interested students can also earn a Certificate in Ranch Management and Beef Industry Leadership to improve your career prospects. Just complete the specific five-course block to gain a valuable added credential. The courses can also be included within your M.Ag. degree plan, so you can earn the certificate without having to take extra classes.
