The online Ed.D. program prepares leaders to inspire, transform, and advocate within a diverse array of institutions and organizations. The Doctor of Education in Transformative Leadership program has three goals:
- Prepare and inspire leaders within institutions and organizations, from local to global, through a relevant and progressive curriculum
- Provide leaders a research foundation to contribute to the field of research and promote transformative applications of research
- Provide the regional job market with transformative leaders who possess advanced knowledge and skills to advocate in a diverse work environment
