Our faculty work closely with you to conceptualize the role of the principal as an instructional leader through course communication, announcements, emails, Zooms, personalized feedback and preparation for the two rigorous certification exams. Our candidate scores for the 368 Performance Assessment for School Leaders (PASL) exam are consistently above the state average, and scores for the 268 Principal as Instructional Leader exam are consistently high.

Our courses align with Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle and are designed to provide real-world, relevant experience to develop instructional leaders who will be able to step into these positions to improve instruction, student learning and the school culture.
