Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exercise Science
Our exercise science degree will open doors for you in a wide variety of sports, health, and fitness career fields. It can also be a great first step toward graduate school for physical or occupational therapy.
You’ll also be eligible to test for a variety of certifications offered by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Our diverse faculty have professional experience in many different health and fitness fields. Our small class sizes mean you really get to know your professors, and you can also collaborate with them on research projects.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that employment in virtually all areas of the health and fitness industry will continue to increase at a higher than average rate through 2028.
Areas of particular growth include athletic training, personal training, physical and occupational therapy, exercise physiology and recreation.
