Transcripts from baccalaureate degree awarding university or college
Upload unofficial transcripts, with the exception of Angelo State University transcripts, for application evaluation purposes using the Graduate Studies Documents for Submission form.
Please do not send official transcript(s) until you have received a notice of acceptance from Angelo State University. Unless an unofficial transcript is not on hand, please request one.
Official university transcripts should be sent through a secure electronic method (examples: Credential Solutions, Parchment, etc.) to graduate.studies@angelo.edu or by mail to:

Three Letters of Recommendation
Two must be professional letters from individuals who can address the applicant’s ability to succeed in graduate school; if an applicant has an overall/cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, then the Letters of Recommendation are waived.
Please submit the Letters of Recommendation through the Graduate Studies Documents for Submission form.
Prerequisites
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Overall/cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, or a 3.0 GPA for the last 60 credit hours of undergraduate work.
Note: The M.P.H. Admissions Committee will evaluate applicants on an individual basis who do not meet the overall/cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.

Completion of one semester of college-level of the following courses:
- Introductory Human or General Biology
- College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, or Statistics
Students are welcome to apply for admission regardless of their undergraduate major.
