About the Program

Graduates of our I/O psychology program are prepared to work effectively in virtually any organizational setting, including public and nonprofit agencies, government institutions, companies, corporations and foundations.
You will also be prepared to enter a psychology Ph.D. program.

Our Courses
Our core I/O Psychology courses are in-person, on-campus classes. Electives can be taken either in-person or online. Graduate and research assistant positions are also available.
