About the Program
- This program prepares students to pursue their master’s level social work licensure (LMSW and LCSW with appropriate supervision) following graduation and practice in a wide variety of areas in health and human services.
- Students receive instruction from experienced practitioners on an array of social issues with diverse populations in a spectrum of practice settings, both in the classroom and in their field education placements.
Program Specializations
- Advanced Generalist Practice concentrates on human services and social services with an emphasis on mezzo- and macro-level practices.
- Clinical Practice concentrates on physical health and mental health services with an emphasis on micro-level practice.
If you hold a B.S.W. degree from a CSWE-accredited program, you may qualify for Advanced Standing and complete your degree in a little as 12 months.
