SPOL Training

Gives an overview of what is expected of ASUs Institutional Effectiveness continuous improvement processes (OP 02.01 Institutional Effectiveness), defined as “the systematic, explicit, and documented process of measuring performance against mission in all aspects of an institution.”* Also, gives examples and how to training on entering SPOL objectives for your department, division, or institution.

Training is intended for new SPOL users or new unit managers. There are two different training sessions, one for Academics and one for Non-Academic employees. The examples provided during the training sessions relate to academic or non-academic areas.

SPOL Open Sessions

Come-and-go style session to work on any incomplete SPOL items. There will be computers provided and individuals to help if you have any questions or issues with SPOL, data, or continuous improvement opportunities. Attending Open Sessions is a great way to stay caught up with your planning units before deadlines and come and discuss ideas or data needs for your continuous improvement plans or potential requests.
