You must be a faculty or staff member of ASU and you must also be on the ASU campus to view these files. You may be asked to log in using your Ramport username and password. Once you gain access, you will be able to save and view these files to your computer.
What is Space Planning Committee?
Space planning at ASU requires an integrated approach among the numerous stakeholders involved. The Space Planning Coordinator is responsible for organizing an interdepartmental coordinated effort.
This effort includes representatives from Business Services, Materials Management, Facilities Management, Facilities Planning and Construction, Registrar’s Office, Environmental Health, Safety and Risk Management, University Police, Sponsored Projects, Information Technology, and academic affairs to act as the primary Space Planning Committee.
The charges of the Space Planning Committee include:
- Devolopement and implementation of a comprehensive space management system,
- Maintenance and verification of accurate campus facilities inventory data,
- Annual reporting of the campus facilities inventory, and
- Preparation/analysis of utilization data for application by upper administration in space-related decisions.
Currently the committee meets on the second Monday of each month at a central location on the main campus.
