IT gathers data from a variety of sources using surveys and customer feedback. IT uses this data to help measure our performance and guide our strategic planning.
The information gathered from our annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is used to focus resources on services that are most important to our students.
Future service initiatives are determined by reviewing customer survey results, current service utilization, by looking at industry trends, and by investigating what other universities are doing.
