Pay your $50 non-refundable application fee.
The day after submitting your application, you will receive an email with a link to pay the application fee. You can also pay your application fee at any time through RamPort, our portal. You can set up and access your RamPort account here. Fee waivers are available for qualifying students.

Submit your transcripts from every college/university attended.
Electronic transcripts are preferred and can allow for faster processing of your application.
Please do not submit transcripts via email. Request your transcripts be sent to us from your college or university. Please visit our transcript resources page for more information and links to order transcripts from Texas colleges and universities.
If you do want to mail your transcripts, they must be submitted in an official, sealed envelope and sent to:

Are you active duty or former military?
Apply as a transfer student. We accept credit for military experience.
Admission Requirements
You are guaranteed admission into Angelo State if you present the required number of transferable hours and minimum transfer GPA below.

| Less than 12 hours | 2.0 and meet freshman requirements |
Your GPA is cumulative for all transferable courses (including dual credit) from all schools attended.
If you do not meet the assured transfer admissions requirements, we will holistically review your application. Consideration will be given to students who have earned an associate’s degree.
