Apply for the FAFSA
First things first, make sure you fill out the FAFSA. You’ll need to Create an Account and get a Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID). This can be done now. The 2023-24 FAFSA is for students attending fall 2023, spring 2024 and summer 2024. The 2024-25 FAFSA determines your financial aid beginning fall 2024 through summer 2025. The State Financial Aid Priority deadline has been updated from January 15, 2024, to April 15, 2024. Submit your 2024-25 FAFSA by this priority deadline for full consideration of all state and other financial aid programs.
