All bill notifications are sent to your ASU email address and are accessible through RamPort.
You also have the option to receive phone calls and/or text messages when bills are available. You can set up your communication preference through RamPort.
Click the “Rams” icon on the top right of your portal.
Click “Personal Information.”
Select “University Communication Preferences.”
Choose “Yes I do” and “Submit Changes.”
Provide the number(s) to be called and/or texted.*
Click “Submit Changes.”

Bills can be paid online through RamPort, via mail or in person in the Student Accounts Office.
If you intend to have someone pay your bill on your behalf (i.e., a parent or guardian), you must establish that person as an authorized user. We encourage all students to set up authorized users.
FERPA/Proxy Access
In order for you parents or other individuals to view tuition and fee details of your bill, you must give them FERPA/Proxy Access.
Select “Web Pay Authorized Users” under the “Designating Authorized Users” section.
Enter the email address of the person you want to add and click “Add User.”
When payments are due, any users you have authorized will automatically receive an email containing a link for them to pay your bill.
ASU financial aid packages, as well as the ASU Distinguished Scholarship and ASU general scholarships, are applied automatically to your bill. The amount you’re awarded is split between the fall and spring semesters.
You have the option to pay your bill each semester in full or through an installment plan. Installment plans allow you to make four payments over the course of the semester. A $30 non-refundable fee is assessed if you choose to use an installment plan.
