Your Future, Our Commitment.
ASU Distinguished Graduate Scholarships are renewable per the eligibility guidelines outlined on this page. We annually award around $600,000 to new graduate students, and we are authorized to award scholarships to the extent funds are available.

*The amounts in the table are based on enrollment in nine (9) total credit hours per fall/spring semester. Students enrolled in fewer credit hours will receive a prorated scholarship amount.
Students in ASU’s doctoral degree programs are also eligible for Distinguished Graduate Scholarships.
- You must be accepted for graduate admission to ASU as a new degree-seeking student.
- Awards are based on your highest degree GPA at the time of admission.
The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships will review your progress at the end of each spring semester to determine if you remain eligible for your ASU Distinguished Graduate Scholarship.
Students who graduate with their master’s degree are no longer eligible. Students who graduate within the three years and return to complete more coursework are no longer eligible for the ASU Distinguished Graduate Scholarship.
