Tablecloths are available to guests at a nominal fee. A portable bar, power box and up to five pub tables can also be requested, if needed.
Four rooms are available to rent individually. Each offers its own unique flare, depending on your event and accommodation needs.

The LeGrand Center can be rented in its entirety. Ideal for weddings, the LeGrand Center can provide you with everything you need to make your special day one you will never forget!
The Scripps Howard Foundation Conference Room comfortably seats 10 people and has teleconference capabilities. This setup is ideal for a board or business meeting.
The Norris Ballroom is perfect for weddings, receptions, conferences, reunions and banquets. It can accommodate up to 21 round tables with eight chairs per table. The same 168 seats will fit in the ballroom, should it be set up audience-style.

The Dale and Joy Chase Courtyard is the lovely open patio that features a bronze fountain created by Garland Weeks, modern sculpture by Lyle London and beautiful landscaping. The adjoining Vincent Pavilion completes the 6,400-square-foot area.

The San Angelo Health Foundation Lounge is tastefully decorated with formal seating, a fireplace, a television and a coffee bar. It is the perfect room for small gatherings, such as bridal showers, client receptions and conference breakout groups.
