Climate Camp for Children

Repeats m-f until Aug. 1
Carr Education-Fine Arts Building, 2602 Dena Drive
Looking for a good summer camp experience in science for your elementary child?  We may have the answer for those children entering 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade in the fall.

Available to first 100 children to register by May 31.

Climate Camp will be all about weather and climate, and will include lots of hands-on activities that will occur both indoors and outdoors around the Carr Education-Fine Arts Building.

Certified elementary teachers will lead the activities, and five undergraduate elementary teacher candidates will assist with organization and management.

There is no cost to attend this camp as all expenses are being covered by a grant from NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration).
