R.A.D. Self Defense for Women - SIMULATION!
You’ve completed your first 3 parts of RAD and you want to test out your skills and in a realistic but safe setting - that is what simulation is for! We will stretch, do a review of your skills, go over the simulation process, do the scenarios, and then debrief!
Remember to wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes! I suggest capris or longer workout pants (to keep the knee pads/straps off your skin)
MUST BE REGISTERED BY 12/1!
