Applicant submits this Application to the City of San Angelo Development Corporation, Business Factory / Business Incubator Program (the “Program”) and warrants to the City of San Angelo (CITY), the San Angelo Development Corporation (COSADC), and Angelo State University (ASU) ( collectively the program “Sponsors”) that to the best of Applicant’s knowledge and belief, the information submitted herein is complete, true and correct.

All Applicants approved for the Program will be required to enter into a Client Agreement with COSADC.  The application must be completed in its entirety along with submission of such additional information as Program Sponsors may request, prior to the Application being considered complete.  Proprietary and personal information of the Applicant and Applicant’s business entity will be treated as Confidential to the extent permitted by law.  All information submitted to Sponsors is subject to verification. Submission of false or misleading information may result in disqualification for eligibility in the Program.

COSADC is subject to the Texas Public Information Act (the”Act”). In the event that a public information request related to the Applicant or Applicant’s business entity is submitted to COSADC, COSADC will promptly notify the Applicant of the request as provided for under the Act in order to permit Applicant an opportunity to respond to the Texas Attorney General for protection of the requested information.

Should Applicant be approved for acceptance into the Business Factory Incubation Program a Client Agreement must be executed. The Agreement will include provision for business occupancy in space at the Business Factory, 69 N. Chadbourne Street, San Angelo, Texas 76903. The person having authority to bind the Applicant’s business entity and who shall be primarily responsible for the Applicant’s business operation at the Business Factory during participation in the Program shall be the following Primary Contact:
