Every year ASU’s Homecoming celebrations are kick-off with our annual Brisket Cook-Off! This is by far, the yummiest of competitions!
Check-in: Sunday, October 6th, 7-9 a.m., LeGrand Alumni Center ***Grill and Pit preparation can begin at 6 a.m.***Judging: Sunday, October 6th, 5 p.m., LeGrand Alumni Center
A $50 entry fee must be turned in to the Multicultural Center. This will cover the cost of your brisket. All proceeds will go towards Dance Marathon. The entry fee must be paid by Wednesday, October 2nd at 5 pm or your group will not be able to participate in the cook-off.
Brisket Preparation: Saturday, October 5th, 3-6pm, LeGrand Alumni Center
Participants will be able to come in on Saturday to trim, marinate, and season brisket. After preparation, teams must label and leave brisket on location for proper food storage.
