DESCRIPTION:Titled "Get Happy\," the outdoor concert will begin at 7:30 p .m. and is free and open to the public. The program will open with "Get Happy\," written in 1930 by Harold Arlen and made popular by Judy Garland in the 1950 movie musical "Summer Stock." Another of Arlen's hits\, the 1940s' "Accentuate the Positive\," is on the program\, as are show tunes from the 1960s\, including "Put on a Happy Face" from "Bye\, Bye\, Birdie \," "Happiness" from "You're a Good Man\, Charlie Brown\," and "On a Wond erful Day Like Today" from "The Roar of the Greasepaint – The Smell of the Crowd." The performance will continue with "A Wink and a Smile" from the 1993 romantic comedy "Sleepless in Seattle" and "Always Look on the B right Side of Life" from Monty Python's 2005 Broadway musical "Spamalot\, " a parody of the 1960 Lerner &\; Lowe musical "Camelot."
