Dual Credit Programs Student Assistant
Seeking organized, self-motivated individual to assist with Dual Credit Programs and other basic office duties. Position requires an individual with attention to detail, strong communication skills and computer skills. Individual must be proficient in all Microsoft programs (working knowledge of Excel is a plus); have ability to multi-task and work independently or within a group; and to complete tasks with little supervision and manage time effectively. Individual should display professionalism in all work duties and possess excellent customer service skills. Must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Process paperwork and maintain files for Dual Credit Programs
Assist with updating webpages using LiveWhale
Work in student information systems (Banner and Salesforce) programs to update profile records
Assist at Admissions events and programs as needed
Route calls and takes messages
Assist with greeting of students, faculty, staff, families and community customers by phone or in person
Ability to operate personal computers using appropriate software such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), LiveWhale and Adobe
Ability to organize and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner with minimal supervision
Skilled in oral and written communication
Ability to work with faculty, staff, students, and the general public in a professional manner
Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, competence, and resourcefulness
Flexible around class schedule, expected to work 15-20 hours per week.
