Online Homeland Security Degrees Earn Multiple National Rankings

Angelo State University’s online homeland security degree programs have been ranked among the best and most affordable in the nation for 2019 by multiple higher education resource guides.

This program is designed for students seeking careers in local, state and federal law enforcement, border security and emergency management.

ASU’s online Bachelor of Border Security degree program has been ranked No. 24 in the U.S. among the “35 Best Online Security Degrees” by CollegeChoice.net. This program is designed for students who have completed their Associate of Applied Science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

ASU’s online Master of Science in homeland security degree program has been ranked among the best in the U.S. for 2019 for quality and affordability by five different guides, including:

Courses in the online M.S. in homeland security program cover terrorism and counter-terrorism; chemical, biological and radiological hazards and responses; federal immigration laws; and international drug/human trafficking. The degree is designed for those seeking to further their careers in law enforcement, border security, homeland security and emergency management.

ASU’s online border and homeland security degree programs are offered through the Department of Security Studies and Criminal Justice within the Kay Bailey Hutchison Center for Security Studies.
