General Office Assistant
There is a full time office position available and Possibility of an additional part time position. We would definitely consider an Accounting or Business Major if currently enrolled in as a student. If currently enrolled, a school schedule will need to be provided.
Assist in all duties essential to running a business office including
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
General data entry duties and office administration such as answering phones, filing, copying, faxing, scanning and emailing, etc.
Maintaining employee files
Ensure proper completion of paperwork Understand and create spreadsheets for financial reports and bookkeeping records Process payments for outstanding invoices Maintain timekeeping records Maintain the flow of information between administration and operations Handle other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements: High school diploma required Above Average General Computer Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel Strong oral and written skills Motivated and enthusiastic Detail Oriented and self-directed Strong organizational & Communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment Sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines Able to work with little supervision; takes initiative, resourceful, strong work-ethic Trustworthy, reliable and ability to handle confidential information Knowledge of Quickbooks is helpful
Able to follow written and oral instructions Willingness to learn new things and grow professionally
Hours are Flexible according to availability.
