Assist the Childcare accounts manager in managing attendance reports and account balances for Child Care Programs, Reviewing and updating Child Care Program participant lists, Making calls and distributing past due letters to parents/caregivers, and Handling and resolving Child Care concerns related to attendance and account balances as needed while applying all YMCA policies. will Provide excellent service to participants and parents/caregivers contributing to member retention. Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive environment, which includes Character Values, constructive discipline techniques and engaging activities. Cooperate and lend skills to other YMCA staff. Must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, able to pass a thorough criminal background check and a preliminary drug test may be required.


Monday thru Friday 8 am-6 pm flexible hours


$8.75 - $9.00
