Helen and Craig Keith owned and operated a local restaurant for several years. The landlord owned the property and the restaurant name. When they got to where the landlord was making it difficult to continue operations. The Keiths ultimately made the decision to change locations in order to keep their business going.
The county library has a small space for a food service-based business that opened up. Helen and Craig jumped on the opportunity. In their short time there, sales have been good and continue to grow. The Keiths worked with James Leavelle, Senior Certified Business Advisor at the Angelo State University – Small Business Development Center as they changed locations and as they look to expand to a second location.
