Desktop Support Technician Intern
The Tier 1 Engineer job functions are focused on end-user level issues, including computer, printer, and application issues inside and outside the CalTech office. The Tier 1 Engineer is the first line of client telephone technical support for customers and CalTech employees. Being customer service oriented is essential to the success of this position. Basic working knowledge of personal computers, components, operating systems, and printers are required. A college degree is preferred, and some after-hours work is required.
