Work Study Position
Duties include filing, copying, answering phones, running campus errands, distributing mail, and assisting office coordinator, staff and faculty. Greets and assists visitors to the Center for Security Studies. Performs other office duties as assigned. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be dependable, energetic, organized, and have excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
Students must be work study eligible. Applicants will be screened for work study eligibility prior to the interview process.
Up to 20 hours/week. CSS office hours are Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexible with class schedule. Position starting spring 2021 potentially through subsequent summer and fall terms, per eligibility.
$7.25 per hour
