Customer Service Representative
Looking for a highly motivated and outgoing individual to work part-time as a customer service representative. This is an entry level position with the potential to turn into a full time career. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
Answering telephones and helping customers with tasks as well as taking messages for agents.Taking customer payments and inputting them into the computer system. Making simple changes to current customers’ policies as well as initiating cross sell conversations with clients.Filing paperwork into their correct files.Scheduling appointments for agents with current and prospective clients.
This position will require the applicant to obtain their property and casualty insurance license. Applicant will have 90 days from hire date to get this accomplished. Our office will provide the training materials for the test.
Monday through Friday : 1:30pm – 5:30pm
Beginning pay will be $9.00 per hour.
