Answer multi-line phone system and properly direct calls, Accurately take messages and give to the appropriate person in a timely manner, Return clients call in a timely manner, Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner, Check to ensure that appropriate changes were completed to resolve customers’ request and/or issue.Collect deposits or payments with accuracy, Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Provide first class customer service to current and potential policyholders, Set appointments for agent Maintain client files, Scan documentation into client computer files, Be able to effectively communicate to clients and other coworkers via written correspondence, email and telephone, Be punctual upon arrival to work and coming back from lunch, Cross-Sell additional products and set an the appointment for licensed staff Aid in maintaining a positive and goal oriented work environmentAchieve or surpass goals set by agent and/or district
