Assistant Store Manager

Qualifications/Duties   

The position would work jointly with the manager in all aspects of the job and understand all functions and procedures of total store operation. The employee must be able to take charge when the manager is not in store; make sure all paperwork, cash,computer and bank deposits are up to date and correct. The employee will complete close out procedures when necessary and maximize the full potential of all employees. The employee must make sure the store is fully stocked and presentable to the public. In addition, the employee works with customers and promotes sale items. The employee completes all other duties as directed by the Store Manager, Regional Manager and Home Office.

 

Days/Times   

The employee must work one to two evenings per week, three Saturdays and an occasional Sunday per month with one full weekend off per month. The position will be up to 28 hours per week.
