Answer and route high volume calls, prepare outgoing mail, receive and sort incoming mail. Distribute to proper departments, distribute documents to staff members as needed. Receive faxes for office and distribute to Collectors and Managers as needed. Assist with scheduling skills tests, compiling applications and preparing new hire packets, assist managers with document preparation, copying and distribution as needed, scan, photo copy and bind documents and packets. Take and deliver messages to employees, prepare and maintain phone listings for all employees and regular attendance is required. Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office is a must. Exceptional organizational skills including the ability to multi-task. Must be team focused, willing to help others and hold the group goals as important priorities.10 Key proficiency is preferable. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. 

High School Diploma or GED is required. A minimum of 6 months experience.
