Angelo State University’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will host a two-day educational seminar about enhancing financial management skills on consecutive Fridays, Nov. 11 and Nov. 18, in the ASU Vincent Nursing-Physical Science Building, 2333 Vanderventer St.

The two-part program, “Profit Mastery Series,” was developed by Business Resource Services, a national leader in practical financial programs and training for independent businesses. Sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Nov. 11 and Nov. 18 in Room 238 of the Vincent Building. Business owners, managers, entrepreneurs, business advisors and others looking to improve their financial management skills are encouraged to attend.

Topics to be addressed include financial statement analysis; cash flow planning; managing changing business environments; cost, volume and pricing issues; and determining the right kind of financing for your business, among others. Participants will also receive a practical manual, profit wheel and the case studies used in the seminar.
