ASU Enrollment Management (Call Center)
Telecounselors play an important role in recruiting the next members of the Ram Family. Our team helps build and foster relationships with prospective students by sharing information about ASU along with your own campus experiences. Strengthen your interpersonal skills and expand your understanding of marketing and recruitment while gaining first-hand experience with Salesforce, the world’s top CRM solution.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students to assist them in their next steps, registering for events, important dates and deadlines and preparing them for attending Angelo State.
• Learn more about what ASU offers to students and utilize this knowledge to become an effective ASU recruiter. Ensure that students’ questions which require follow up by a professional Admissions staff member are recorded.
• Aid in preparing large print communication mailings.
Fall and Spring Calling Hours: Mon – Thu 3-7:30 pm, Fri 1-5 pm;
Summer Calling Hours: Mon – Thu 2-6 pm, Fri 1-5 pm;
Must work 15-20 hours/week
Starting at $7.25/Hr.
