Duties & Responsibilities – include but not limited to:

  • Greets customers in person or by phone and answers questions concerning scholarship eligibility, renewal requirements and the application processes
  • Scan and index permanent student scholarship records
  • Work special events
  • Operate various office equipment (scanner, copier, shredder, fax, etc.)
  • Make deliveries and check campus mail and Scholarship Programs PO Box
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of the Scholarship Programs or any full-time staff member of the Scholarship Programs Office

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but is not required
  • Must be honest and dependable
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of  all information obtained on student accounts
  • Basic knowledge of Personal Computers and applications (Microsoft Office)
  • 10 key by touch (preferred)


Flexible – Approximately 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, normal office hours are 8 to 5:00 pm.  Some weekends required:  New Student Orientation, Experience ASU, Top Scholars and/or other events as needed.
