Experience

I have over four years of work experience in the transportation engineering design industry. I received my M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from University of Wyoming and my B.S. in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. My specialization in graduate school was in transportation engineering with research in construction technologies and transportation planning. After graduate school, I worked as a postdoctoral research fellow with the Wyoming Technology Transfer Center at the University of Wyoming, where I researched developing statewide traffic demand models and traffic safety on mountain passes.

Currently, at ASU, I am an Assistant Professor teaching undergraduate courses that include Transportation Engineering, Transportation Design, Plane Surveying, Engineering Applications of Geographic Information Systems, Engineering Graphics, and Construction and Pavement Design. I also research transportation engineering that involves undergraduate students. Some of my research include Transportation Needs Assessment for the City of San Angelo and Assessing the Parking Needs of the ASU Campus Community.
