Terry Lewis

Dr. Lewis is a retired professor of Theatre at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, now living in Amarillo. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Theatre at West Texas A&M University.

Selected as an American College Theatre Festival Faculty Fellow, Dr. Lewis has also directed at the Utah Shakespeare Festival, served as the Director of the Cornell Interactive Theatre Ensemble at Cornell University, Department Chair of Theatre and Dance at Southern Utah University, Head of Acting at Texas Tech University, and Department Chair of Theatre at Amarillo College. In 1994, Terry was awarded the Community College Theatre Educator of the year by TETA. His production of Breaking the Code was selected as the national winner of the Kennedy Center/American College Theatre Festival. He has judged 5A, 3A, and 1A State UIL.
