Christy Collard

Christy Collard is currently the theatre arts director and fine arts department head at Nolan Catholic High School. She has a Theatre and English degree from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. She has been a theatre educator for a total of 20 years and her directing credits include 4 trips to the State UIL OAP contest in Austin with performances of The Diviners, The Diary of Anne Frank, The Rimers of Eldritch, and The Cockeyed Kite. Directing credits also include 2 trips to State TAPPS OAP and in 2016 was named State Champions. She is also an area choreographer for performances at Texas Wesleyan University, Alvarado High School, Graham High School and more. Christy’s love of theatre began at Casa Manana in Fort Worth and toured the metroplex with the Casa Kids and performed in several Summer Musicals and the Casa Manana Children’s Playhouse Theatre. She is currently the co-founder of Center Stage Theatre in Fort Worth.
